Tatcha, Charity, Nena, and Honey - The Life Saving Needs Behind the Scenes that Don't Fund-raise Well...

Our DRSF WarChest has taken a $10,000 hit in January from a combination of beautiful little girls who very much needed our help, but all had one difficult thing in common - They had conditions and urgent care needs that "don't fund-raise well"  Will you help us cover their care at their Fundrazr?

We know, 100%, without a doubt that our community is there to support our dogs and are on board to provide everything needed, but we also totally get that it is much easier to connect with certain needs than others, especially when you can see them!

Which is how we have found ourselves in a difficult position in that the four beautiful girls pictured above, that to look at them, you would never know that each had an urgent medical need of about $2,500 each:

  • Tatcha needed a complicated mammary mass removed, but needed to see the cardiologist first before being able to undergo surgery.
  • Charity had a mass removed from her spleen.
  • Nena needed to have about half her jawbone removed.
  • Honey had a mammary mass removed that required specialized surgery to get good margins.

Normally, the DRSF War-Chest can cover these sort of cases, but while our community was incredibly generous to us over the holidays, we have had a number of dogs who were not lucky enough to cross their Funding Finish Line:

  • Wylie/Body/Tai -Demodex mange -  $290 raised out of $2,000 needed
  • Noble - Zinc Poisioning - $2,100 raised out of over $4,000 needed
  • Zale - Neurological Issues - $1,093 raised out of $4,000 needed
  • Sebastian - HW+/Neurological Issues - $2,500 out of $4,000 needed

Which brings us here today to ask your support.....Would you consider a donation of any size?  Even $5 gets us closer to the finish line, makes 4 doxie dreams come true, and ensures that we can be there to help other sweet faces in need of care!
