This is the fundrazr for the People's Defense League People's Grocery Program for April, 2020. We exceeded our funding goals by over 50% last month, which allowed us to quickly and effectively Serve the People in the face of food shortages caused by Covid 19 layoffs. Some of our recipients have told us that our program is what stands between them and starvation, as the government response has yet to arrive, and when it does will ultimately be enough.

We, as working class people, are going to have to pull through this by solidarity and not scraps from the table of the ruling class. Our PGP uses the donations received to build dozens of supply bags for folks who are either immunocompromised, elderly, or simply can't make ends meet. Our cadre deliver it to folks doors after sterilizing donations, and wearing Personal Protective Equipment.
