Lived Experience Peer Support Services (LEPSS) exists to reduce barriers to health, stability, and self-determination by addressing the social determinants of health that disproportionately impact individuals and families affected by behavioral health challenges, substance use, poverty, housing instability, and systemic inequities.

Through peer-led, community-based support, LEPSS works to improve access to transportation, housing stability, food security, health navigation, and coordinated care by leveraging lived experience, cross-sector partnerships, and community voice. Our approach centers dignity, inclusion, and practical problem-solving, empowering individuals to strengthen their overall well-being, reconnect with services, and achieve sustainable recovery and improved quality of life as meaningful outcomes.
