Team
The team
ConnectionPoint Systems is led by passionate, driven and proven entrepreneurs and is a team of some of the brightest minds in social media application development.
Daryl Hatton
Daryl Hatton, founder and CEO, loves the challenge of building software companies from scratch. With almost 30 years of experience in the software industry, Daryl has founded multiple start-ups and helped grow one of them to a very successful IPO on NASDAQ in December 1999. He thinks “work” is never a four-letter word when the team is such a great group of people.
Judy Bishop
Judy Bishop is acting Chief Marketing Officer. A veteran of the Vancouver tech sector, she keeps starting and building successful technology companies, and is a bit embarrassed by her collection of business awards. She’s thrilled to see companies win market share, and is a renowned communicator and marketer. She’s a member of the business media, and often serves as business speaker, mentor and board member. She’s regularly seen tearing around on two wheels or two skis.
Bill Diamond
Bill Diamond is VP Finance for ConnectionPoint Systems. He has been called “a creative thinker with a financial mind” and escaped the stuffy banking community to conquer the wild west of startups. In 2002 Bill was awarded the Queen’s Golden Jubilee Commemorative Medal from the Governor General of Canada for significant contribution to the community and Canada. Don’t mess with this military man.
Chris Jensen
Chris Jensen is External Director. He has enjoyed a varied career both in the UK and Canada, working for multi-nationals and Banks, starting several companies from scratch and helping a local Vancouver company to grow from 12 to 50 staff. He loves the fast paced, create – build – change – rebuild – celebrate atmosphere of web based technology companies. As a mentor to many growth stage companies he encourages Management to focus on delighting customers while building corporate value.
Christian Sander
Christian Sander is passionate about building German precision-engineered hybrid web applications. He brings extensive experience in designing and developing complex web services to his role as software architect. When not working, Christian… wait, he’s always working. Never mind…
Daniel Fraser
Daniel Fraser is our resident social network API guru and software architect. When not poking Facebook with frequent bug reports, he loves implementing “that’s cool!” features of our user interface. After hours he plays with new software technology like some people play with electronic gadgets — always on the hunt for something better…
Andrew Carlisle
Andrew Carlisle is our Graphic and User Experience Designer. With 10 years of experience in web design, Andrew’s goal is to make FundRazr the most powerful, the friendliest, and the easiest to use social commerce app on the planet. Now, if we could just implement as fast as he designs…
